The large 10×14 dot matrix LED display show all the information you will need for your feedback on your thorough workout such as time, distance, speed, strides/min, calories burned, resistance level and pulse rate. It comes with 6 preset programs ( Random, Hill, Glute Blaster, Interval, Interval Mountain and Speed Training Interval ) and 5 Heart Rate programs to motivate and get you the results you desired.

The Hill program is highly recommended for those just starting out and comes with a moderate resistance level, considered a less stressful workout. Lower intensity workouts are more for fat burning and if you prefer cardiovascular training, then aim for the higher intensity resistance levels.
