Heart Rate Monitor

There are 2 ways to monitor your heart rate – Telemetry wireless receiver as well as contact heart rate hand sensors that are built into the stationary grips allow for real time feedback to ensure that you exercise within your heart rate zone.

It is very user-friendly. You get separate dedicated windows for level, time, calories, heart rate, target heart rate, and speed. This gives you all the necessary information at a glance.

There is a goal workout button whereby you can set your own goal. There are 3 to choose namely the Calorie goal, Target Heart Rate goal and Distance goal.

You can set up 2 user profiles, with 1 custom workout per user profile.
